Robert Burton, Board of Directors Chair, and David Felton, Interim Conference Minister, present the Ponca Creek land title to the Administrator of the Dakota Association, Winifred Boub. 
Ponca Creek is the first of thirteen land titles to be returned to the Dakota Association in South Dakota.
